Petros service is excellent. My complaint regards their pricing plan and how lt is implemented. Theceiling plan is suppose to give the customer the lower price between the agreed to maximum price(ceiling) and the regular price. My experience has been that Petro charges the ceiling regardless if the the price should be lower.The comparison of the two prices is manipulated so the ceiling price is lower.
I have been a customer of PETRO for over 35 years. They are always prompt in any service calls and were always willing to work with me on my service costs. All representatives on the phone are courteous and knowledgeable. I had Kyle come out a week or so ago for an issue with my central air unit. He resolved the problem quickly and has been to my home several times. A great employee.
