Unfortunately I had a HORRIBLE experience. On Thursday December 29, 2022 I took Jaxon to be groomed. Jaxon is 7 pounds and is 7 months old, he’s a full Yorkie so he’s a small guy. Jaxon has been groomed two times before at different places but I wanted to try Pet Suites as they seemed to have good reviews. Both my dogs were chugging water after staying there less than a day. not sure if the bowls were small or the dogs were stressed. Also my mal will be going to the vet to have a large painful spot on her shoulder checked out. Really hope it's just a coincidence and nothing else. Oh I also had to hear your workers complain about 12hr shifts( not that I care), might want to get them some help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

We always ensure that dogs have plenty of water, but it is not uncommon for dogs to eat and/or drink more or less than usual upon returning home. This place is the definition of deceptive trade practices. Dropped my dog off for less than 24 hours and was charged the full boarding rate plus an additional $20 for a “pick up feel” per their new billing procedure. I will not be using this place in the future. Most places disclose the cost up front and if they say $x.xx for 1 night stay that’s what it should be not $x.xx + $20 fee. So my dog stayed for 7 nights in the facility. When I picked up my dog his bottom was so crusty, his face was so crusty, looks like every time my dog pee, poo he was not being cleaned.:( so sad. I felt awful specially for my dog:( they need to at least make the dogs presentable at the time of pick up if they cannot bathe them.

Could not have had a worse experience. Megan the so called manager, made it much worse. Her discrimination against my service animal and lack of information for a 3 week board and train was beyond sub par. Good news is the trainer was nice, but if you can t get past the front desk, what's the point? Stay away from this place at any cost.
