I’ve boarded my dogs at this place twice now. The first time there was a huge communication issue but after speaking with the manager daily for 4 out of 5 days of my vacation we got it resolved. They also lost one of the toys I sent too but did allow me to pick a replacement. My second boarding experience is as follows. I’m really disappointed that I’ve referred so many neighbors and friends to this place. My dog loved it and we had a great experience up until this past week. We started going there about a month ago and I use boarding several times a month and grooming at least once a month. We were told that they had everything that they needed the first time we were boarding and then the night before I was notified that she had one of her vaccines out of date by 30 days.
