Dropped off my puppy and she was forgotten for 2 hrs and wasn’t given her room or her belongings. When I picked her up, 5 days later, she couldn’t make it to the car because she had diarrhea. Additionally, she was sick with a runny nose, cough, and had lost a significant amount of weight. None, of these issues were communicated to me.
