Ive been trying to find a place to take my dog to socialize him, so last week on Sept 1 22 I took my dog to Pet Suites- Fishers for an initial visit & "assessment" this went well. I had communication from the staff about how things were going twice in the almost 5hrs he was there. CJ, thank you for speaking with me today regarding your experience. I agree with you completely that the events of yesterday were not ok and certainly not the norm for us. I have been here for three years and your situation has never happened before. I would like to clarify for you that dogs are not left outside for group all day. We do like to have them outside as much as possible, but it is dependent on the weather.
