The new pricing model is so confusing that the workers there can't even explain it. The quote I got was $250 less than what they attempted to charge me when I picked up. What I ended up paying was still $50 more than the quote. Also, I was charged a late fee for picking up after noon yet I was also charged for dayplay for the same day. The facility is fantastic but the pricing is so confusing that it leaves you wondering if you were just swindled. very disappointing

Dropped off our 2 chihuahuas in a travel carrier for boarding. When we returned from vacation 3 days later the dogs were dirty, scared, and shaking uncontrollably. When they brought them out the picture is what the drop off kennel looked like. We are assuming they left them in that travel carrier. Our dogs never mess their kennel at home and you can clearly see from the blanket photo that this was not just an accident. We've used PetSuites Gahanna at least four as they are one of the only dog boarding places that would take our dog that was not yet spayed. Each time we've taken our dogs, we've paid extra so they would be in the pent house and have the comforts of extra bathroom breaks in the evening. EVERY time we pick our dogs up, they are soaked in pee and the chemical solution that is used to clean the dogs cages. It is awful. Staff 👎🏻 one guy told us to come on in and when we got there the lady tried to tell us to give our pup another round of shots because the first round wasn’t “vet certified”... I get it for safety of other dogs but set up a procedure for people who get their pup basic shots done from their breeders. Didn’t want to leave him in the tiny crate all day anyways. 🤷🏻♂️
We've been pretty loyal for a year now and it just had to find out about the rewards program online. We've spent alot of money and it would have been good to know about. A few weeks ago we sent our dog in for an overnight stay that cost $100.00 We knew we would have 2 all day plays and 1 boarding but even though they took him out of the crate at 6:30 (we were told he didn't go back in) we still got hit with a second days boarding charge.
