UPDATE: The manager contacted us and our issues were resolved. TLDR: I spent $815 for 5 nights and their stay was unacceptable and I want my money back! They overfed my dogs and forgot to give back their meds! This was my 5th time that I had my 2 dogs staying at this location, and this was the worst experience. I should've known that they would do a horrible job when they called me 30 minutes after dropping them off saying that they're unable to take Lola's harness off, because she kept growling at them. This morning I took my pup to get groomed and I am pretty dissatisfied with the results. I have a husky and I paid for the full service - which included her to be deshedded & for some reason I am still able to pull just as much fur out of her coat than before she visited PetSuites Gahanna . I also at the time was quoted a price of $47 at the time of pickup I paid $96. For the safety of your dogs be careful taking your dogs here! My wife and I just picked up our dogs after a 10 day stay. During their stay we received a message from PetSuites telling us they had drop a bottle of our dogs medicine and broke it. They reached out to the vet and got a new bottle so it wasn’t a big deal. After I picked them up I noticed that there were too many pills left in the medicine bottle of my one dog’s medicine. I called to find out what happened. please be careful of what they tell you they are doing with your dogs. I was going here regularly. my dog cause an issue with another dog. so they choose to stick her in puppy cage without even telling me. correct no contact until I picked her up that this had even happened and that they locked her in a small dog jail cell. I spoke with the manager and she assured me that they would not create, cage, or kennel my dog.
