RecommendedMy daughter and son-in-law have been taking their Golden Retriever Scarlet here on a weekly basis for three years now, They love all of the staff and everyone seems to go out of their way to make sure the dogs enjoy their stay and that dog owners are comfortable leaving their pets for the day. Scarlet really loves the pool! Shout out to employee Erica who was especially helpful to me today in doing something special for Scarlet’s birthday! We highly recommend PetSuites Gahanna (:

♥️ the staff here! For the 2nd time now (and hopefully last) they have rushed our dog the MedVet during a stay. We were 7 hours away when Scout broke a tooth. The staff not only took him to MedVet but 2 of the staff (Miranda and Erica) stayed with him for a couple hours until he was discharged- they didn’t want him to be alone. They then took him back to PetSuites and provided us an update. This act of kindness and attention for our pet is going WAY beyond the call of duty. The PetSuites staff is simply the best.

I've been taking my senior dog Tank to Gahanna for years. Last year his new sis Jazz has joined. Tank recently had his nose removed due to nasal cancer. Since recovering and going back, the staff has been excellent in keeping an eye on him and giving me feedback as we adjust to his new physical limits.

I love this PetSuites! I take all 3 of my dogs, one of which is a blind and deaf puppy. They know us by face alone and my girls are always so happy and excited to come play here! The staff is always so friendly and are genuine dog lovers! Thank you to all who take care of my pups!

I had to travel into town for work and dropped off Journey for day care while I was in a meeting. The staff was nice and the facility was clean. I loved that she came home with a play group report card and was happy! Makes travel easy with their hours too! Thank you!
