We've been pretty loyal for a year now and it just had to find out about the rewards program online. We've spent alot of money and it would have been good to know about. A few weeks ago we sent our dog in for an overnight stay that cost $100.00 We knew we would have 2 all day plays and 1 boarding but even though they took him out of the crate at 6:30 (we were told he didn't go back in) we still got hit with a second days boarding charge. We have had nothing but an awesome experience here! We started taking our chocolate lab (8 months old) here and couldn’t be happier. The staff is awesome! I’m a dog mom to the highest degree and every time I call to check on him they get on and give me an update and who he’s played with all day and how he’s doing. They also let me pop in mid day to see him playing (something they don’t have to do!). Whenever I pick him up they act like he’s their dog when they say goodbye. He gets so much attention and love! dogs appear well cared for. 5 stars staff very friendly. 5 stars Customer service of management needs ramped up. 2 stars Huge miscommunication caused us to take an extra vacation day and huge round trip to get the dogs. Ignored us when we knocked at door until I "knocked" a little louder. Refused to let us have out dogs despite saying we could be a little late (19 min) and despite spending thousands there in the past. rude and unapologetic. poor service!!! Business 101 treat customers right... failed
Very convenient, affordable and reliable.
Bennie loves it at Pet Suites Gahanna. It’s close to our home and very flexible. We can call the day before and they always get him in. The staff is always friendly and answers all of my questions. My boyfriend works from home so he’s home all day with him. He doesn’t get to interact with other people or dogs often so we take him here once a week to play and work on his socialization and overprotectiveness. Hopefully this helps! He comes home tired and happy. Thank you!
