What a great experience walking through this facility. My dogs where coming for the first time and the general manager did not even hesitate to give me tour even when I saw they where rushed. My husband and I stayed reassured our two dogs would be well taken care of.

My mother and I went last week to get information for our 10 week chihuahua mix. We loved the idea of my puppy playing with other puppies. The manager Evet was very friendly and explained why my puppy had to wait until 12 weeks. She explained how important it was for us to get her to be around other puppies and when I called again monday to ask the vaccines for puppies she remembered who I was. Impressed by the facility. Smelled great upon entry. No dog smell. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic to meet me and asked me lots of questions about my small dog. Came looking for information for training and left with the perfect place to care for my dog. Will look forward into bringing my pet here.

Love your pet? Petsuites is the ONLY place to take them! I work full time and hate to leave her home, so All day Play has been wonderful!! She plays all day, and comes home tired and happy! Who doesn't love to hang with their friends all day? The staff is AMAZING! All are so friendly and love our pets like their own! Training? YES PLEASE! Pet suites have gone down hill! We have been going there since my dog was a puppy! (Over 4 years now!) Today was the worst experience I’ve had since going there. I dropped him off this morning at 6:30 am and left instructions to feed him at 5:00 pm using the bag of food i left. I told them to use the remaining food in the bag, as this was the right amount. It is very unfortunate that I have to go to this to get them to take the problem seriously. In July I boarded my baby for a week and they gave him back to me with his leg very swollen. They did not give me my refund but they told me that they would reimburse me for the vet. That was in July. We are 2 weeks away from November and almost 4 moths since the accident and they have not resolved my refund from the vet. I call them, I write and they only say sorry. Would love to take my dog here for when I go on vacation but always what stops me is having to deal with one of their requirements of having to get the canine influenza shot. I tried to get it from my dogs vet but they don’t even carry it. So apparently it’s not a required vaccine. As always I tried calling the other vet and even tried others and they don’t carry it except from this place where they refer you.
