PetSuites Greensboro My grand dog😈 On July 6, 2024, I picked up my dog from PetSuites Greensboro and his water bowl and food bowl were no where to be found. Also, when I returned home I noticed something wasn’t right about my dog when he had barked. I examined him and noticed that his TEETH WERE MISSING! Food for our dog that was supposed to be refrigerated was warm and expanded showing it hadn’t been kept refrigerated which is very dangerous with the type of food. Very dissatisfied with customer service as well- there isn’t ever a manager available. We’ve left three messages for a manager to return our calls with our concerns and haven’t heard back. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

We used to be very happy with Pet Suites Greensboro until my doggie came home sick. We called several times to find out when he started showing symptoms of not feeling well and not only did no one answer, no one returned our calls to reply to our messages requesting information. If your motto is that you care as much about my pet as I do, your actions and lack of concern certainly don't show it. I took my Yorkie to have her groomed at Pet Suites. I opted for a play date, which she loves. I I picked her up and took her home and upon inspection of her coat I noticed deep discoloration on her back. I took her back to inquire what this was. They said they didn’t know and that it was there before. I felt insulted because it looked like hair color. The groomer never came out to speak with me. **DISCLAIMER** IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS FACILITY....OUR DOG WAS INJURED!! We tried Pet Suites because our normal kennel was fully booked. What looked like a nice, clean, safe place for our dog to stay, turned out to be a stressful, chaotic and painful experience. 3 employees standing outside. No one has a key to open the building. We are here waiting to pick up our pets, and they don’t have access to the building. One military member is here in uniform needing to drop off a pet to get to work. This is highly unprofessional. Someone arrived with a key at 6:41am.

Gillian is by far one of the most caring attentative and professional people I have ever met. She has gone to great lengths to take care of our boy Duke since he was a puppy. We can always go to work or travel peacefully knowing that she is keeping a watchful eye on him. Gillian is AMAZING.... GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!!!!
