RecommendedThe staff was very nice, knowledgeable and caring for our older dog that we boarded there for about a week. Our dog even lost some weight that he needed to lose. Pet suites even sent updates and pictures. The tour and facilities in and outside looked very clean and well taken care of. I truly believe we would board our pet at Pet Suites in the future. Kudos to Pet Suites of Novi, Michigan.

RecommendedWe were very pleased. They took good care of our girl. Even sent us updates and pictures during her day stay. Will definitely book again. We did give her a bath when she came home, but I give my human children baths when they come home from daycare too. I take it as a sign that they had fun and got to play with a lot of friends.

RecommendedWe love Pet Suites. Romeo was alittle nervous to start there, as he/we had a bad experience somewhere else. Everyone at pet suites knows Romeo, they are so kind to him, he always has fun, comes home tired, and happy. I feel he’s safe when and if we have to board him. Or just all day play is awesome too! Definitely recommend! Some of them even know him as we walk in by name, which makes me feel comfortable!

RecommendedI have left my Miniature Schnauzer 3 x now in the past 2 years, twice for a week's board and once for a play date. I have no complaints. My dog was happy and stable when I picked him up every time and he had a bath which I requested. His meals were eaten and his toys and bedding were clean. I do wish they had cameras to check in or at least contact us during their stay with a text and photo (they charge extra for this), but when I call, they are always professional and polite and answer my questions thoroughly.

Recommended10000000/5 stars!!! Our house flooded so we needed to board our pups for repairs to be made. We have 2 very different dogs. Lucy is full of anxiety on the inside but wants to show everyone what she is made of on the outside. She does not do well with other dogs with out proper introduction over weeks. I caution you to board your fur babies here. We did so over the holiday weekend and we returned to a complete nightmare. We could not pick up our dogs Monday (Labor Day) because they were closed. First issue as we had to pay an additional overnight and I’m concerned about attention given to the dogs during their stay but especially on the holiday.
