I highly warn anyone who is considering boarding their dog at this location as our dog died after a stay here. We boarded our 3 year old sweet Saint Bernard here for a week. While he was boarded I called about 1/2 way through the week to check on him and was told that he was not eating much and “must of got in a fight with another dog” as his lip was bleeding. They never called me to alert me of his slow eating or his cut and they assured me he is still eating and his cut was minor. They also told me that they would call me... read more

I would not recommend this place for overnight boarding. We had our pup stay one night and picked him up the next morning. He was soaked and covered in his own urine. We never received pictures or what they call a “paw-gress” report. Had to give him a bath when we got home.

This was my pets first visit, when I arrived the room was not set up for him, they had to remove a large object, that took up 1/2 his suite, then put his bed in the room. The TV was not turned on in my presence, I’m not sure if it was ever turned on. I was informed the camera’s were not set up, so I could not view my pet’s activities remotely. We have used PetSuites twice and weee over charged, our dog came home with food (no idea what he was fed if he even was), he smells horrible and has so many mattes now, his white fur is actually yellow from all the urine he has been in. They claimed he urinated right before we picked him up and the offered to give him a free bath. All they did was get him wet and then sent him home that way. He smells awful and had to go home wet in the winter. I feel absolutely awful that we left him in a place like this.

0 Stars 👎👎👎👎 We had an appointment for the dog to be groomed today. When we showed up: 1) They were overbooked. 2) When we booked no one told us to bring vaccinations. (I can let this go, but still) 3) We went home and uploaded vaccinations and then they told us ALL she needed Bordetella. 2 vet visits later we got it taken care of and uploaded documents. 4) After rescheduled the appointment for the next day and they called us back and told us that she also needs a dog influenza vaccine.
