I love this place, they take care of your pet like it was their own. The girl who runs the back, Jenn is so energetic and pleasant. You need more like her
If you would like to pay hundreds of dollars for service and care you should be getting for your pet but don’t and want to worry about your pets well being the entirety of their stay, then this is the place for you. Pay for play time but ironically don’t see my pet on any camera ever. Try calling to check on my pet and no answer ever. They killed my cat, promised a full investigation, and never responded to my attempts to follow up. They sent flowers for his death, and never offered to help with any of his medical expenses of close to $3500. The regional manager is the worst Maddie Burrell, she promised the whole investigation and never returned my call or respond to my text messages, which she read. Do not use them. I just picked up my older miniature schnauzer. She has dry urine all over her backside. They obviously just let her sit in it and did not clean her.
They almost killed my moms dog. They called and said something was wrong then I called they said nothing was wrong I popped in and he was sleep. When she picked him up he couldn’t move and lost a lot of weight. They would have let him die had they not come back when they did. We are on our way to the emergency vet
Was a huge fan of this place until we had two different situations with them. If your looking for a place to update you when things happens, this isn’t the place for you. They’ll say they will keep you in the loop but won’t. Not until pick up. My dog got wrongly written up twice for the same thing and wasn’t told until I picked up him. EDIT: Management did communicate with me and take actions to make amends. Staff changes and training have since occurred. Back in April, we were happy with our experience for our dog Frank. From start to finish, the experience was personable and friendly. I’m not sure what’s happened but other than one girl on drop-off day that wasn’t supposed to be helping with the check-in process and ended up jumping in anyway, this experience for our dog Frank and puppy Champ makes us decide to not go back again.
