I like that they have pictures with their daily updates. The facility seems nice although I didn’t see where my dog stayed. We were told there are cameras but they never worked in the app. They lost the inside of the dog bed we left with her and ended up just folding up and stuffing one in that was too big for it. They also took her food bags out of the bin we sent it in. They lost the bin. We were not offered anything for the two items they lost. Just “sorry about that”. They either are liars or don’t know what they hell they’re doing… Do they have dog training or not? I’ve been told “call back” or “come back during this time” so many times. Even one of the employees told me that the groomers do whatever, the trainers do whatever, etc…it’s so discombobulated and unorganized. All I’m trying to do is get my dog some training (the group dog training that they advertise but when I ask employees about it, they act like they don’t even know it exists) and I’ve having to chase and catch different ... read more

RecommendedWe just picked our dogs up from there last week and they hadn't been fed properly while they were there. There ribs were showing said they all had baths they wouldn't smell that bad if they did. you would think spending $1800 🤔 that they would at least feed my dogs and that was me taking 70lbs of dog food in. I have pics for proof I wish I could put them on this review. We will definitely not be going back

no 24 hour staff and they can't keep employees that should tell you something I no longer work here so if you need me to groom your dogs message me !
We have been going to pet suites for boarding, daycare and grooming for five years. I brought my dog Griffey in this past week (Friday) for grooming, we usually have Connie who is amazing and does amazing work on my dog. But i had another groomer who i have never seen before. I was called to pick Griffey up and arrived about 25-30 minutes later (10:30) and the groomer had already left the building. If i had an issue(which i did) there was no one to correct it. Edited: I was called yesterday and was able to talk to someone about my experience and they have righted it for sure. Took Griffey in to be regroomed by Connie this morning.
