I dropped my dog ( Hakuna) off for his first time ever boarding and to be evaluated for daycare, I requested that they call and let me know if he passed the eval or did not, wanted to know either way. Never received a call. Called 3 times during his 4 day stay, the voice prompt to talk to a care tech would just immediately hang up on me. Had a horrible experience. Called to reserve a condo for our 2 cats. Was promised a condo with a window to outside. When I got there, they said this was not communicated and had no way to track who made the reservation. When I arrived there were 2 empty condos with a window but I was told I could not have one of those. Our cats stayed for a week. Facility looks run down (in cat area) and dirty. Don’t take your dogs to get groomed here! They chopped all the hair off my beautiful papillon! Not only this but they muzzled her. She’s 15 years old and would never hurt anyone. Never ever coming back!

My dog died here. The emergency vet said she could have been saved if they had acted faster. The manager didn’t even show up to talk to us in person when we came to pick up her stuff. And they never even called to hospital to find out if she was okay. So they didn’t know she had died until we showed up. It’s been over a year, I can’t take our dogs to other boarding places because this has been so painful.

The last time I brought my dogs there, they got sick. Mind you when we picked them up, I was told they were great and they had no issues. Awesome! Well hold on...so I called after the oldest one and youngest one started exhibiting symptoms of kennel cough. My dogs were both exposed to and contracted canine flu last week. My once very healthy 4 year old is now in critical condition at the hospital. Pet Suites refuses to accept responsibility. 3K minimum I am paying to try to save my dog’s life. They actually charged me for the visit! Disgusting!

It looks like it is time for me to move on from PetSuites as a grooming provider. After years of fighting to get a simple checklist to make sure things are done, and many complimentary visits due to not plucking ears, it still continues. Increasing prices with lower service standards is unacceptable. Please let me know how you plan to fix this going forward.
