Was my favorite place, but last time we went they had changed my favorite thing on the menu and it wasn't as good. Don't change a good thing.

Put our name in and they told us it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait. Ok, we’ll go get a drink somewhere while we wait. Thirty minutes later we get the text that our table is almost ready. We hurry up with our drinks and rush over to find out they sent the text in error. Hostess was not sorry and rude, so we continue to wait & wait & wait!

In town on a business trip 10/09/18 and ordered Mongolian Beef with White Rice around 2pm on GrubHub. The restaurant forgot to include white rice in the bag, and when I called the staff had the temerity to suggest I drive over to pick up the rice! If I had the time to drive over I would not have ordered in! Lousy customer service, and inattentive folks work at this PF Chang's.
Two stars in my book crappy waitress regardless if the food is mediocre.
