Placed togo order this evening, the order was incorrect, called the store explaining the service, and was put on hold for manager 10 minutes later still waiting..... then a hang up.. call store again. a hang up... called back no one answered... how disappointing..

Ordered take-out of Pad Thai SHRIMP, picked up order, got home and was given Pad Thai CHICKEN. Immediately called the store and spoke to Emily (manager) just to let them know that the kitchen made a mistake. She apologized and offered to make it right by sending out a gift card. The poor review is due to the manager saying she was going to right the error and never did.

This was worst pad Thai I've had here...noodles were not right..spice but like it had no sauce ..just ate the meat..rest was thrown away ...will go to china go from now on...there's tasted way better

It was ok. My pad thai really had no flavor, and my mojito didn't seem to have any alcohol in it. Dumplings were only half cooked. Husband says his surf and turf entree was good. Waitress was very nice. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here again.

The other day my girlfriends and I came for lunch it was awful. We start with lettuce wraps. I actually chipped my tooth there was a rock in my wrap. When I told waitress she was like. Well what do you want me to do about it. I was like umm I'd like to talk to manager. Manager said well that's impossible that's never happened before. When bill came they didn't take off my wraps. I didn't ask for my whole meal to be taken off but really

Food was just ok, certainly not worth the price. Food was missing ingredients and took too long to come out.

Came too this establishment to celebrate a birthday for my sister. The restaurant wasn't busy @ the time of our visit, but I did love that it looked cleaned when we visited. We got seated, and our waitress who was so sweet too us with her not overbearing attitude, but just what I appreciate in her attitude. The young lady's was Angela, she took our drink order which was only water, and then we order an appetizer-the chicken lettuce wrap and she placed that order in while we decided what to have for dinner. The food was good but the food was slow getting to the table. I had to go to the hostess up front to get the check to pay. You'd think that delivering the bill to the table would be a sure thing. But... Nope.
