The customer service by phone was excellent. Sully was very helpful and super professional and multitasking.
Looking for a local doctor, I called and requested an appointment with any doctor at this office. After waiting for three months, I received a call two weeks prior to the appointment informing me they need to reschedule. I tried to ask how the office operates and explained I had waited for three months. The lady would not let me finish my question and wanted to give me a different day I could not go to their office. Visited this office to obtain a medical release for a surgery. An appointment was initially scheduled for Friday 8:30 am but was later changed two days before to 10:30 am. I arrived at the office about 10:05 am and at 11:00 am I was still waiting in the lobby. I reminded the front desk staff that my appointment was 10:30 am on a number of occasions and their response was that the doctor was running late.
