We were able to close with very few hiccups. Getting an FHA loan is tough with all the stipulations and at times I was getting irritated with everything that was needed. However Colby and his team did an excellent job and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I work 3rd shift and they were very accomodating with my schedule.
Very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. It was the smoothest home buying EVER. Everyone I talked to was kind. Phil had my best interests in place. These people ARE NOT pushy and I love that.
