It's my second time working with Phil and his team, I've got only good things to say. They're very professional, available to help at any time required. They walked me through the process very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a house.
Phil and the whole team were always very timely in getting back to us with questions. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.
Phil is very understanding. We had many questions as had not ever sold a property before, he went above and beyond to help us each step of the way. When he was away from work he always sent us contact numbers for back up team members to help and they also were fantastic. Phil is a very understanding and kind person you can trust with your financial endeavors!
I really appreciate all the hard work that LeaderOne put in to help us get into our first home. My only critiques are that, firstly, there seemed to be a breakdown in communication between our representatives (Phil, Amy, and Bob) - we ended up sending several documents multiple times, and then still ended up uploading them to the LeaderOne app ourselves. Secondly, there was also a lack of explanation of what documents meant, and as a first time home buyer, it meant a great deal to us to know what we were getting ourselves in... read more
