I've experienced exactly the opposite of the negative customer reviews! I've had rapid, professional, courteous and informative services from every single person I've dealt with. I have had nothing but a positive experience with this firm namely Ruthann James and Rebecca Ruiz, but everyone that I have talked to on the phone or in person has been absolutely wonderful. I have worked at Phillips for less than a year but have received excellent training and supportive supervisors. I could not ask for a better work environment.
