My daughter was a client due to a car accident. I've never seen such incompetency. Here she is 15 years later still had memory problems and no body cared! She had very poor representation!

I wish that they would have been more diligent with my case. I wish that they would have fought more for me on my case and stood up against Workman's Comp. But I guess that the little guy like me who has always worked hard to support his family is not important.

Phillips law has an attorney working for them named Tim Tonkin. Him and his wife, Monica Tonkin have made perverse attempts to adopt my two children, 12 and six years old. CPS took the children from their home and placed them with family. For a week I have been trying to recover the children's toys, iPads and clothing from the Tonkins. It is astonishing that two adults would deliberately refuse to give children their own toys and clothing. A law firm employing such an individual should screen their employees better. I would never, and I will be sure to never, ever tell anybody anything but to stay the hell away from PLG. My Fiance had a W/C case in AZ. Her liar called her and told her the had a settlement offer. 6 months later, and after 100s of calls that were never answered. She gets a letter telling her her case was dropped. Her liar wrote that if she wants to appeal, let him know and he wil withdraw from the case. Jerk!!!!
