If you're a local and this is all you can get access to. Then the food is 9.0 (4 stars). But if you're from else where and have had better pho, then this place is a 5.0 (average 2 stars) on the pho. The broth was average. Nothing that wowed you that would make you want to come back. Great service though. Great restaurant layout.
Found a slug in the veggies. Then the waiter tried to explain to us why there would be a slug in our veggies like it was normal. Also we asked for no onions in the banh xeo and it came with onions. And they keep restocking or moving our utensils. I thought they'd at least comp us for the dishes that got messed up but I guess not
Pho Concept is undeniably beautiful. The restaurant is modern, stylish, and clearly designed with social media in mind. From the lighting to the decor, every corner feels carefully curated. The pho was bland no test.... Went there when they had soft opening ... only had pork chops and pho ... won't be back
Disappointment overall. Small bowl of pho flavorless and fall short w what we paid for. The chicken wing was awful..they deep fried and have us dip in fish sauce. Oh pls Won't coming back even if they asked me how to fix the food.
Food here is decent However the service I experienced today was not great. 30+ minute wait time for food. They messed up one of our food items during the dine in meal. We also ordered 2 to go orders which were messed up. One of the orders was pho dac biet which was not given to us yet we were still charged. Bad waited 45 minutes no food coming, end up left without eating on EDC weekend. Not even busy.

The service is fine, though the waiter doesn't know the menu well. Ambiance is fine, nothing special. The food...average and not worth the $. We ate... Shrimp Spring Rolls (bland) with the peanut dipping sauce (near flavorless). Oxtail Pho and a mixed beef with brisket (sliced paper thin) Pho. Both Pho dishes were average, the meat is fine but worse is the broth which lacks flavor. Pho broth without flavor...not good. Not recommended.

Their pho is not good, overpriced, and they are sooooooo stingy with the meat. I don't know why the old place shut down, but this place is 1/10 of what it was. You are basically paying to pretend you're in a "fancy" restaurant when it's serving less than mediocre pho. Needs half a star instead of one!!!
