I honestly don't understand the hype around this place. I came to Pho Concept expecting a comforting, flavorful bowl of pho, but it completely missed the mark. The broth tasted bland and watered down, like it had been rushed instead of properly simmered. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the meat didn't seem fresh. The broth is very bland, there is no herbal aroma or taste that you traditionally get from pho. All the meat is very lean no fat and you can tell it is all pressure cooked. The service and atmosphere is great no problem there. I will check it out in a couple of months.

Visited this new restaurant to try their pho. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. However, the food was not good. I ordered the beef brisket pho. The noodles were overcooked that they broke apart, and the broth was not that flavorful. The portion size is also quite smaller compared to other pho places in town. However, they did offer a 20% discount for their grand opening. This place just missed the mark for me.
