This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

I, like you have read the disparaging reviews of this place. So, that being said, I still wanted to give it a try!! And contrary to those reviews, PCG had excellent service, very attentive, very accommodating, the food for me and my partner was very good, and for me, I was there for the bourbons and was not disappointed. An awesome selection to chose from and they had many of my already faves. I hope this review will at least inspire you to at least try and judge for yourself
One of Phoenix's best restaurants. Well run, excellent service, delicious food. I have never had any dish that was not outstanding. Jenny is my favorite server. This is a gem. Do not miss it. They take reservations too.
Had a great time at the Phoenix City Grille. Enjoyed everything we ate and really enjoyed the large selection of whiskey. Definitely will be coming again.
I am appreciative that PCG offers such an exceptional opportunity to create a wonderful memory. The ambience was awesome. The waitress very attentive. Food was exceptional as always. Will come back again.
Great food! Server was not too with it. All in all very good!
Excellent mango iced tea, chili corn bread and basil tomato soup. The eggplant sandwich was not memorable. Nice spot for lunch or dinner. Definitely plan to go back and try something else from their menu!
Very creative and tasty items served attractively. Very busy with nice bar area and some outdoor dining.
I told the waiter we were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything started out great. Our waiter was cheerful and attentive. The bourbon drink special was delightful. It was restaurant week so we picked different starters, entrées and deserts to get a better feel for their menu. Everything was going wonderfully until it was time for dessert.
