Always available to listen and advise. Was very pleasant and inspired us with faith in dealing with the many challenges that came up during the process. Phyllis and her associates Tamela and Debbie and Aranas were totally patient and courteous with us during the entire time always ready to help and hold our hand during a somewhat frightening time of getting approved etc. The purchase of our beautiful and satisfying home went very smoothly thanks to these great people!!
