Phyllis was excellent in all phases of our loan application. We had not sought a mortgage in years and certainly not since the enactment of Dodd-Frank. Phyllis helped us keep our sense of humor amidst so many levels of analysis of our credit/financial condition. Even with sterling credit scores, at times, candidly, we felt the regulatory requirements were intrusive. Phyllis cheerfully guided us through the process with clear explanations/encouragement.
