Great team and program. I got back movement and balance I did not think I would ever get back. Also provided good practical exercises I can do to keep making progress.

I was dreading the process. Lori made it good. Modifying exercises so I can do them at home key. Both of my shoulders do better with daily movement.

The therapy itself was fine, but the billing practices and communication from your staff have been unacceptable. After being overworked and pushed by my therapist, I was unable to move the following day and overslept and could not attend my session. I was told I would not be charged for missing the appointment, as I couldn’t reschedule on a Friday and I couldn’t even move from the pain if I wanted to.
