The therapy itself was fine, but the billing practices and communication from your staff have been unacceptable. After being overworked and pushed by my therapist, I was unable to move the following day and overslept and could not attend my session. I was told I would not be charged for missing the appointment, as I couldn’t reschedule on a Friday and I couldn’t even move from the pain if I wanted to.
