Hello I just wanted to say that this is the best place to receive urgent care !!! I wasn't feeling well and decided to go to a new urgent care called fastpace urgent care in Harrison tn, I wanted to try this place because it was closer to my house but big mistake I ended up waiting for 2 hours to be seen just to be told to take a nasal spray and rest like really I'm sick, so I don't recommend fast pace urgent care in Harrison tn they are awful they make you feel uncomfortable and acting like I didn't matter, not to mention w... read more

There is a wait time like any other doctors office so for the reviews that mention that I'm not sure what they think is going to happen. It's a walk-in. They don't know how many people will come and when they will be there OR what they are there for. Think of it as a less intense ER and be happy these exist so you don't have to go to one of those if you can't get an appt with a PCP (primary care physician). This is a place for convenience. Came for a follow - up appointment. Was scheduled for Christmas eve. Come to find out, they scheduled me at a time they were closed for the holiday. I did ask for the holiday hours when I scheduled the appointment. They could have at least called me to let me know their mistake, and saved me a trip out here only to find them closed for the holiday. The receptionists could work on better customer service. This was my first time using a walk in clinic and I was pleasantly suprised. I expected to be in the waiting room all morning but only had to wait ten minutes! The Medical Assistant who brought me back was very thorough in her intial quesitoning a vital taking and after a short wait again the Nurse Practioner came in who was great. She was very helpful and caring and understood that as a person with no insurance I couldn't do all the extra fancy tests Dr.'s like to do just to rack up a bill. Do not do it! Man I wish I read the reviews on this place before I went. I spent 4 1/2 hours here and wasted my day when I hurt my finger. In the end I got a 20 sec doctor visit and no follow up or real answers. Terrible service and waste of time.

I understand this is a walk-in place and it's COVID season. I get it. But I show up at 08:06 (they open at 8) and at 10:07 I'm still waiting. Gotta do a better job of getting people in and out.

I have been waiting for over two hours to see a doctor just to get my regular medication refill. They refuse to do it over the phone, made me come into an office during a pandemic just to wait. Still haven't been seen, although I've seen plenty of people come and go to be tested for COVID-19. I strongly believe that people that just need medication refills, Or a follow up appointment, should be fast tracked so they are kept away from possible COVID-19 exposure. Came in for a simple drug test for my employer. Did "hold my spot" online and it took 1.5 hours to get me back. The front desk attendant also decided to share why I was there to the entire waiting room as she yelled, from behind the desk, that there was one person in front of me and they'll get me in for my drug test right after. HIPPA violation if I've ever heard of one...
