This is the worst I have ever been treated by a single urgent care in my entire life. The nurse I spoke to on the phone might as well have told me to "screw off" from the second she called me on the phone to supposedly take me in for my appointment. I came for supportive treatment for COVID19 after being infected by my roommate and recommended by her and my teledoctor to go there to seek supportive care. Very disappointed with their customer service. Went on for a yearly appointment and they did a yearly well check that was not covered by insurance. I have used them as my PCP for 5+years and due to this I will not going back.

The worst walk in clinic I've ever been to. Came in with a work injury and needed to get stitches. As you can imagine, I was bleeding pretty bad to need stitches. I sat in the waiting room for over a half hour with no one even being able to look at it. I was being grouped the same as people that were coming in with physicals. i only gave you a 1 because i had to other wise it would be zero still waiting on my medicine i sent it to them friday nov. 30th never heard a word until dec. 4th. again on dec. 5th she said we will have to see you why did they not call me friday or any of the other days its been 6 days still i have no meds it seems to me money is the driving force not the patients care i guess 30 dollar copay adds up. where is the owner in these cases why business is not done like it use to be step up to the plate management.

I would give them a half of a star if that were possible. I came in for a simple drug test for a new job and waited an hour and half for them to tell me my employer had not filled out what drug test I needed. While that is my employer's fault, I do not understand why they did not tell me they didn't have the sufficient information when I handed them the paper upon arrival. Definitely a waste of a Friday afternoon to end up leaving without doing what I came for.

I've been here waiting over 2 hours with many others waiting just as long. Every time I've asked about how long it may be the question is completely dodged. I will not be back to this location again. I took them an hour and a half just to get my information in the system, this is ridiculous.

My daughter (college student) needed to be seen as she was ill. We do not live in Chattanooga. Under our network, Physician's Care was the only urgent care place that was authorized. My daughter went. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Was told the office visit was $95 so she paid it. Then we get a bill in the mail saying the office visit was $199!! She didn't even see a doctor, only a physician's assistant. There were no xrays, labs, or anything else done to increase the fee. My first visit was great but coming back for a follow up was a nightmare. I understood that they needed the paperwork from my previous doc but there was no need for the rudeness and insensitivity of one of the receptionists while in the process of getting records faxed over.

This is more a review for the people who run the phone/lab results. I came back from Colombia with either a parasite or bacteria in my stomach that I'd been fighting for almost 2 weeks. Needless to say, I was in bad shape by the time I was able to see a doctor stateside. I saw a nurse, Jaime, who was professional and great. I then saw Dr. Thompson, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, listened closely while I detailed every BM for the past week.
