This clinic was excellent. When I arrived they did inform me immediately that there was a 90 minute wait for a room, but as it was not life threatening and I had other errands, I left with them saving my space. As soon as I got back they ushered me to a room and I was out within a 1/2 hour. The nurse were great and Dr. Khan was phenomenal and very gentle with the needle and thorough with instructions and answered every question I had. I’d strongly recommend them
My husband and I have had to visit the Immediate Care Centre on three separate occasions in recent months. The staff is truly outstanding! Dr. Sooraya epitomized professionalism. We arrived at 7pm on a Monday and had really no wait, easy online intake paperwork and everyone was happy and thorough. My 3yr old had his first X-ray and we left feeling confident in what they diagnosed. Very easy and non stressful experience. Clean facility. They let my son pick from a treasure box 2x and even cleaned up our spilled snack for us with no complaints, just kindness. Will 10000% be back
Christina at the Reception Desk was amazing. She was very welcoming, helped us get registered, and was very compassionate and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.Shayne was efficient with the vitals. I felt properly diagnosed with NP Kim and knew right away we were in good hands. I had to take a chest xray and everything was immediate and easy. The facility is well run, clean, and very sanitary. Thank you!!
I saw Mahrukh Khan at this location, and she was very thorough with her questions and actually listened to what I had to say. She had excellent bedside manner, and I will definitely be coming back to this location. Even the receptionist and nurses were very welcoming and nice, which I feel can be rare at immediate care facilities.
