I expect that at any urgent care I’ll be waiting 1.5+ hours which sucks but it is what it is. I give 5 stars though because the staff is great. First, Christina at the front desk makes an unbearable experience so much better! She is so friendly and kind and wonderful with kids. She even went out of her way to bring my baby boy snacks to our room. Then, the nurse was so patient with my little one while taking his vitals. This place is great if you’re bleeding. But if you make an appointment, you could wait up to an hour and a half. They need to stop making appointments every 10 minutes with only one provider on staff. It’s absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appointment if they tell you to wait an hour and a half. there’s absolutely no need to make appointments every 10 minutes when you can’t even handle what you have. My daughter was seen yesterday. The staff was professional. The clinicians were caring and thorough. My daughter, who has previously been traumatized by rough strep tests, said it was the best swab she had ever had. The facility was clean and well lit. We were able to call ahead and reserve an appointment time to reduce wait time for a walk-in. We left feeling seen, heard and confident in a plan of treatment. Incredible care that comes from the heart! Pro tip: Complete your registration ahead of time to save yourself time and frustration. If not, you're just causing your own grief and believe me that the staff that work there they work tirelessly to work out all problems as they come up. Don't add to it if you want to be seen immediately. Their up-to-date registration process makes it a seamless operation. Will never be coming to this place ever again. I had appointment for my daughter at 10:30 we were taken into a room 10:45 and haven’t seen doctor until 11:40 just to check her ears. We were seen by the doctor 3 mines and waited a hour and they didn’t seem to be that busy.
