The staff here were so welcoming and kind. It was a busy night, they were up front about that but went out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as could be, offering water and snacks and updates. Incredibly professional! If you gotta be in an urgent care, this was the way to do it.
I expect that at any urgent care I’ll be waiting 1.5+ hours which sucks but it is what it is. I give 5 stars though because the staff is great. First, Christina at the front desk makes an unbearable experience so much better! She is so friendly and kind and wonderful with kids. She even went out of her way to bring my baby boy snacks to our room. Then, the nurse was so patient with my little one while taking his vitals. In short, go see a regular doctor. I took my adult sister here after she had been getting sick mentioning severe coughing fits and difficulty breathing. We waited probably 45 minutes in the waiting room and at least 1 hour after making it past the front desk. When presumably the only doctor working in the building finally saw her, she looked at her throat and claimed my sister was only sick with the flu. No prescriptions. Nothing. Having an emergency where I needed to be seen right away and having X-rays taken as well and getting results quickly was a relief. The staff was kind and friendly the wait was short and it’s definitely a place I’d recommend when you need service done well and professionally.
It is a well organized system, and everyone at the office was super helpful and caring. at the front made sure I understood all the forms I was filling out and what I was signing. I don’t live in the area and it was a very easy way to get checked and get a prescription quickly. Highly recommend.
