I expect that at any urgent care I’ll be waiting 1.5+ hours which sucks but it is what it is. I give 5 stars though because the staff is great. First, Christina at the front desk makes an unbearable experience so much better! She is so friendly and kind and wonderful with kids. She even went out of her way to bring my baby boy snacks to our room. Then, the nurse was so patient with my little one while taking his vitals. My first time visiting here. Most importantly they took my BCBS insurance. I went Saturday & wasn’t too long of a wait. I’ve been sick going on 2 weeks. I saw Mahrukh Khan, PA, she listened, was nice & professional. Everyone was friendly & it was a clean place. They also can do X-rays at this location. This urgent care will be my new go to place. Also nice that they are open on the weekends!

In short, go see a regular doctor. I took my adult sister here after she had been getting sick mentioning severe coughing fits and difficulty breathing. We waited probably 45 minutes in the waiting room and at least 1 hour after making it past the front desk. When presumably the only doctor working in the building finally saw her, she looked at her throat and claimed my sister was only sick with the flu. No prescriptions. Nothing. On Sunday 2/9/25 we needed urgent care for our daughter (7) and online it said it was only a 30 min wait so we made an appointment for 10:50am. Upon arrival we checked in and was told it was going to be a long wait. We waited for over an hour to be put in an exam room. Once there we waited another hour for a CNA to come in and get her vitals. We then waited again for a NP or PA to see her. The place is FILTHY! Unorganized and lacks medical professionalism. The staff here were so welcoming and kind. It was a busy night, they were up front about that but went out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as could be, offering water and snacks and updates. Incredibly professional! If you gotta be in an urgent care, this was the way to do it.
