I had to come to this location two separate times for a TB test I needed done for work. The first time they asked me to come back for results when there wasn't a physician there to read the result. The second time I came to get my results read after getting the test done at another location and it took 45 minutes past the appointment time to even get me back into a room. They could not figure out my paperwork for 30 minutes. Just absolutely ridiculous and would recommend any location other than this one

Overcharged for a simple urinary tract infection test. $600+ . Trying to resolve through the billing office is maddening. I have called 4x with no resolution. Call center employees are clueless and do nothing to help. There is no one higher up to speak with. I can't talk to a reviewer. I would not recommend going to any of these establishments for this reason. If you have billing issues, you will never get resolution. Total rip off.

I urge everyone to contact https://www.idph.state.il.us/pdf/CCR_ComplaintForm.pdf for the horrible care they received at this location. They do not practice medicine, instead of helping people they are hurting them.

Made a appt the night before and when I got there in the morning I sat for 40 minutes before they told me there is a 2 hour wait cause they had to do stitches. Is there only 1 doctor?? I came all the way from Marengo. Never again

First of all the customer service was way lower than standards was in and out so fast with little clue on what to do! I went in and had an outrageous wait time considering I could barely walk! Everyone was angry. The woman who checked me in was rude and kept loudly complaining to a co worker that she "had to many patients". 3 patients was overwhelming I guess to check in. It's a good thing they don't work at a real hospital.

This place would honestly get 5 stars from me if they didn't butcher my pregnant wife's appointment. My sister had walking pneumonia you could hear it in her lungs she got antibiotics and was good a week later, I got pneumonia or something adjacent (my sister and I smoked together so one can use logics to assume it's probably pneumonia) I waited 5 days before going to this urgent care.
