Christina at the Reception Desk was amazing. She was very welcoming, helped us get registered, and was very compassionate and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.Shayne was efficient with the vitals. I felt properly diagnosed with NP Kim and knew right away we were in good hands. I had to take a chest xray and everything was immediate and easy. The facility is well run, clean, and very sanitary. Thank you!!
My first time visiting here. Most importantly they took my BCBS insurance. I went Saturday & wasn’t too long of a wait. I’ve been sick going on 2 weeks. I saw Mahrukh Khan, PA, she listened, was nice & professional. Everyone was friendly & it was a clean place. They also can do X-rays at this location. This urgent care will be my new go to place. Also nice that they are open on the weekends!
I expect that at any urgent care I’ll be waiting 1.5+ hours which sucks but it is what it is. I give 5 stars though because the staff is great. First, Christina at the front desk makes an unbearable experience so much better! She is so friendly and kind and wonderful with kids. She even went out of her way to bring my baby boy snacks to our room. Then, the nurse was so patient with my little one while taking his vitals. In short, go see a regular doctor. I took my adult sister here after she had been getting sick mentioning severe coughing fits and difficulty breathing. We waited probably 45 minutes in the waiting room and at least 1 hour after making it past the front desk. When presumably the only doctor working in the building finally saw her, she looked at her throat and claimed my sister was only sick with the flu. No prescriptions. Nothing. Everyone was so kind. They were busy but made sure they came in my room to thank me for being patient. I highly recommend! The physician on call was excellent! I will always recommend this place!
