I expect that at any urgent care I’ll be waiting 1.5+ hours which sucks but it is what it is. I give 5 stars though because the staff is great. First, Christina at the front desk makes an unbearable experience so much better! She is so friendly and kind and wonderful with kids. She even went out of her way to bring my baby boy snacks to our room. Then, the nurse was so patient with my little one while taking his vitals. It is a well organized system, and everyone at the office was super helpful and caring. at the front made sure I understood all the forms I was filling out and what I was signing. I don’t live in the area and it was a very easy way to get checked and get a prescription quickly. Highly recommend.
This place is great if you’re bleeding. But if you make an appointment, you could wait up to an hour and a half. They need to stop making appointments every 10 minutes with only one provider on staff. It’s absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appointment if they tell you to wait an hour and a half. there’s absolutely no need to make appointments every 10 minutes when you can’t even handle what you have. My daughter was seen yesterday. The staff was professional. The clinicians were caring and thorough. My daughter, who has previously been traumatized by rough strep tests, said it was the best swab she had ever had. The facility was clean and well lit. We were able to call ahead and reserve an appointment time to reduce wait time for a walk-in. We left feeling seen, heard and confident in a plan of treatment.
