My initial visit was very good, only because there was blood. My follow up was terrible. I waited and then finally left and was told a tech went on lunch. How is that even possible. They can leave patients waiting so they could go to lunch. Their time is no more valuable than mine. I will take my stitches out myself in 9 days if I have to.

You reserve a time and still wait two hours! Awful customer service doctor was nice but just too long to wait when sick

Horrible experience, told to check in online. Was prompted to pay over $100... went to the desk to ask because with my insurance it's a $35 copay. Response was dismissive, "oh yeah, it's a known problem we have a new system". So, to someone who doesn't realize in the moment, they're being scammed! Guess what.. got a bill for $160!!! They still never adjustment my insurance on there. Been trying to call billing for weeks... sit on hold for 40 minutes. What a joke. Also they did a quick strep test, said I was fine. We arrived at 8am and waited well over 2 hours to be seen. In the 2 hours we waited, they saw a grand total of 3 patients as we sat in the waiting room. I'm not sure how that is possible at an immediate care. 2 of them went back, we're seen, and left before we got called in. An employee said they had another doctor come in at 9 to help, but if that were the case, he or she only saw 1 person between 9 and 10am. I was told that I wouldn't have an out-of-pocket cost in excess of $30 prior to my appointment. Then, I received a bill for $188 two months later. :/

Rude, rushed, and unprofessional. Attending nurse AND doctor didn't introduce themselves, they were both equally ill-mannered and careless. The patient (my brother with sensory issues) presented with a fever, sore throat, and overall discomfort. Nurse made inappropriate comments towards the patient and called him a "big baby" when he commented the BP cuff was tight. The doctor was no better. This is hands down the WORST service I've ever received. My two daughters and I waited over 2 hours, which we expected. The doctor was beyond rude. He asked me what my symptoms were, so I told him. Midway through my sentence, he cut me off. Repeatedly. He told me I did not have a sinus infection before he even examined me or listened to my full list of symptoms. He misdiagnosed my daughter. Made appointment, pre-registered, arrived on time. We were first on the board with a 0-10 minute wait time. No one else in waiting room, no one in rooms in the back. Waited in the room for 40 minutes, stepped out and asked how much longer. Was told we were next. At one hour we decided to leave. The doctor was sitting at the computer and I advised her we were leaving, and she said "OK". She didn't ask why, and didn't she didn't have any concerns about a sick patient leaving.
