Made appointment the night before online for 9 am. Checked in when I got to parking lot. Walked in and took me right in. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Was diagnosed with pneumonia after x-rays and exam. Given medications and follow up instructions. It's been 3 days since visit and am feeling better

The service was fast and it helps a lot the option to reserve the time. Filled up information online and they didn’t take long to see me when I got there. They did the necessary tests to figure out what I had and as soon they got the results, doctor came back again to see me prescribed and gave me recommendations. The doctor even thought ahead and told me she was giving me a note for work because I couldn’t work until I was well. What I was prescribed started working right away, as the worse symptoms started to improved.
I went in to Physician’s Immediate Care for a sinus infection. Brittany Bill helped me and was so kind and helpful. I left feeling relieved and happy. It is nice to feel like your physician actually cares about you and your wellbeing. Thank you!
The wait is what it is and is understandable but they don’t follow their own number system of who is next in line. We were marked at #3 and # 6 was called before us.
