the staff were professional and compassionate. my needs were met in a timely manner. i had sutures and an x-ray. i recommend this facility. the attention to detail was outstanding and the clinic was very clean.
I have had to use this facility twice the first time I broke my foot and everyone was so kind and helpful. The other day I was diagnosed with Covid and pneumonia in my right lung. Everyone was very safe and considerate with making me comfortable I would highly recommend using these doctors and nurses it had been two days and my breathing is already so much better
I was reluctant to come here bc of all the bad reviews. However, my visit went fine and was in and out in a decent amount of time. Doctor followed up the next day which was nice!
I injured my knee 3/21/19 and was seen promptly and treatment was very courteous by reception, Sarahi clinical staff Anna, x-ray Stephanie and provider Jamie Price, PA-C. Everyone was cheerful and help in my time of need. Yes, I would go to again for assistance when I can not get into my PCP. Thanks again! Joyce
I was very pleased with the way they took very good care of me . I went in with back pain and it was work related and work wasn't answering phone to approve my visit but they attended to me anyways while we waited for the approval to pay. I was very happy with my visit and would go there again !
I was apprehensive taking my 4 year old to an urgent care facility, but I had great experiences with Physicians Immediate Care in the past and figured it was better than making my daughter wait an extra day to get checked out. Everyone was very patient with my daughter who wanted to be anywhere but there and was very scared. The whole staff had to barely qualify for their healthcare positions because the doctor is extremely unprofessional and arrogant and the lady up front had the worst attitude when it came to actually caring for patients and was a professional at making excuses. Waited 3 hours to be seen just to be told nothing was wrong and then the next day I go to a different immediate care and tested positive for strep. If you're a local in Belvidere truly just make the drive to Rockford it will save you so much time.

only half a star. Told my son he had a stomach virus. He actually ended up in the ER with appendicitis and surgery a few hours later. Person examined my son and did not do a simple push test for appendicitis. This person should not be practicing medicine of any kind!

Poor service! Nurse practitioner was unprofessional, was irritable and she hang up on the phone on me. Not a good example of a person that takes care of people with illness.
