Great experience at the new urgent care located in my town! The lobby and the rooms were Very clean. The staff there is phenomenal! The receptionist, Jazmin, was an angel!! So patient, so kind! Need more like her in the world! I will recommend this urgent to everyone I know!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Physicians Immediate Care. I came in with my sick toddler an hour and a half before closing, and the front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. I was not greeted when we arrived, and the receptionist even made a face and asked if we had a diaper in the room because it "smelled." Of course it did! Walked in on Friday with a swollen face & lips also was running a fever of 102f,So I had my wife check me in because In the condition I was in I couldn't even talk so the male receptionist said that there was nothing that could be done for my case but how would he know he's not a Doctor or Even a Nurse to make that decision. So we decided to go to the ER since they would take the time to draw blood & testing to figure out what is going on with my face. Never Again would go back to this Facility. I give 1star...

I had DR order for X-Ray, walked in (website states that walk-ins are welcome). Learned that they do not take referrals, so a PA needs to see me to determine if X-Ray is needed. I waited a bit (empty place. no other patients) and was seen by nurse who took the vitals and asked for meds. Then waited again for a "provider" (it was a PA). She said she had to listen to my lungs to determine if XRay is needed. I would give the facilities, front desk and doctor all 5 stars. Very efficient, kind, clean and helpful. But then I got the bill... $1600 for a simple UTI?!! I unknowingly got tested for $1320 in lab service charges! So unethical to test me for things I didn't need or agree to just because I have insurance! It took 12 phone calls and two months to finally get a return call and was told that was their protocol. This should be illegal. I will never return and am telling everyone I know what an awful experience I had.

Made an appointment online for 8:30. The place was closed! Needless to say I had to find another Urgent Care in the area. Would definitely not recommend this place!

My husband went to this facility on a Wednesday with serious URI. He was experiencing the typical upper respiratory symptoms, but also pain when he swallowed. The P.A. was apparently pleasant, but his diagnostic skills leave something to be desired. He said they did a strep test, which they claimed was negative. By Saturday, the throat pain was significantly worse, so he went to his primary care doctor who diagnosed strep. My mom went with glass in her foot. They didn't believe her and said there was no glass in her foot and it was just pain. Two weeks later she was in so much pain she asked my dad to look. After noticing a bump he ended up digging it out. Yet another place that didn't listen to or believe the patient.
