I sliced my fingers open while trimming hedges, Jeff and the team did such a good job getting the stitches in and making the process run as smooth as possible, I was able get back to the scene in time to finish up the job
I have been there a few times. Posion Ivy. gout. flu. Every visit has been excellent. always on time. friendly staff and doctors. they take my insurance.

Had a quick stop here during a visit to my parents, I am not from the area anymore. I was impressed. Fair prices, front desk was clear and easy to work with and both PAs I interacted with gave me the time of day and listened to my concerns throughly. Even when I called to ask questions, I was given high quality answers and time. Highly recommend.

Great experience at the new urgent care located in my town! The lobby and the rooms were Very clean. The staff there is phenomenal! The receptionist, Jazmin, was an angel!! So patient, so kind! Need more like her in the world! I will recommend this urgent to everyone I know!
Questionable qualifications of the provider (RN), not following simple steps to diagnose (simple in office tests - i.e. Strep or Mono) instead sending us to the Hospital ER for CT scan which was unnecessary / waist of time. Ended up getting tested for Strep in the ER, with a $1700 bill from ER, which could have been easily done at Urgent Care facility in the first place and was not even offered. Will be filling a formal complaint, as clearly standards of care are not adhered to at this facility. Terrible experience afterall.

I give this business a 0. They don't even deserve a 1. Failed to file a claim to Medicare or my Medicare supplement insurance or send me a bill. I have had other claims over the years with numerous providers and never had an issue with a claim not being submitted to Medicare and supplemental insurance. Received a text from collection agency Aug 2025, 1 year after date of service, Aug 2024. WARNING!!! Just today, I found out that this outfit sent all my medical information from a 2025 visit to a third party! I had never heard of them but apparently they act like a credit reporting agency for medical care. I would have NEVER knowingly authorized this. I should have read more carefully what I was signing. I had a very disappointing experience at this Physicians Immediate Care. I came in with my sick toddler an hour and a half before closing, and the front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. I was not greeted when we arrived, and the receptionist even made a face and asked if we had a diaper in the room because it "smelled." Of course it did! Walked in on Friday with a swollen face & lips also was running a fever of 102f,So I had my wife check me in because In the condition I was in I couldn't even talk so the male receptionist said that there was nothing that could be done for my case but how would he know he's not a Doctor or Even a Nurse to make that decision. So we decided to go to the ER since they would take the time to draw blood & testing to figure out what is going on with my face. Never Again would go back to this Facility. I give 1star...
