We were (sadly!) so happy to discover this new urgent care facility. We were able to schedule an appointment and did not wait long at all to be seen. All staff were very friendly and concerned and helpful. The place was clean and very technologically advanced. We were very impressed!
What a waste of time. I was treated like an addict addicted to oxy. I waited nearly two hours to see the on staff PA. They did a flu test, which was negative. I told her I had a sinus infection. I’ve been dealing with it for a week, doing sinus rinses twice daily. It’s been getting progressively worse. The pain and pressure in my head is horrible. This place was WONDERFUL. My daughter had been sick, but didn't tell me that her throat was sore. She HATES having a Strep test done. It is so bad, that she gets anxious and cries and covers her mouth and won't let the nurse get the swab. This NP and the swab lady were so patient and kind to her. She was able to (after about about 7 excruciating minutes of tears and putting hands over her mouth) calm her enough to get the swab. Had a very good experience with the receptionist, PCT, and PA. All were friendly and caring. PCT and PA (Ali) were knowledgeable. Both provided good explanations of their care and decision-making.
