This place was WONDERFUL. My daughter had been sick, but didn't tell me that her throat was sore. She HATES having a Strep test done. It is so bad, that she gets anxious and cries and covers her mouth and won't let the nurse get the swab. This NP and the swab lady were so patient and kind to her. She was able to (after about about 7 excruciating minutes of tears and putting hands over her mouth) calm her enough to get the swab. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were seen immediately on a Saturday night, and the entire visit progressed quickly. The provider was very kind and thorough, and the facility itself was clean and bright. Thank you for being open later on Saturdays than many other clinics.
What a great addition to Countryside! This new facility takes appointments you make online, which is a great feature when you’re feeling terrible. The clinic is very clean, offers phone chargers and has snacks! I didn’t have to wait, and even went early to my appointment. Miranda checked me in quickly, Katie took vitals and Alli was the one to diagnose and sent my prescription to Osco. All great things! I used the bathroom upon leaving and it was spotless. I had to go to immediate care in Countryside on Plainfield and Brainard yesterday. I had fractured my elbow. I would recommend them very highly. The workers there so caring,very polite. I didn’t have to wait for long at all. I would go there over the ER.
