Pico Propane really came through for us, during the response to hurricane Milton. We provide housing, food and showers for the line men out fixing the power, so of course we need propane delivered to make that happen. It was extremely hard to find a provider in the Tampa area so this awesome company dedicated a driver to come up 3x a week and service our locations. It was mission critical to have the propane and they delivered. Our customers thank you and so do we!

We had issue with our gas water heater at West Palm beach VA Medical Center. I reached out to Nicole for support during the storm. she was very helpful and got my technician connected with Pico propane technical supervisor and quickly diagnosis the issue right away. She sent a beeline supervisor to site to replace the malfunction deices the next day after the storm. She kept communicating with the entire time until the malfunction devices replaced.
