This is probably one of the worse service providers I've experienced. Every single time my husband has had to schedule either pre-op tests, filling in prescriptions or any other kind of follow up, the staff is lacking in doing their jobs. We need to repeatedly ask them, check up on them to see if they either received the informations, send out the requests or even make the follow throughs. Ok, you guys are stealing my money! You’re within my network… yet you’re billing me out of network. Also, I leave bunch of voicemails and no one responds, and no one understand what the hell is going on… you better get your sh*t together!
My family of 6 have been patients of Piedmont for 10 yrs. In The beginning they were wonderful about appointments but now with urgent care open every time I try to see my doctor I’m never able to. Why can’t I see my doctor when I’m sick? That’s the purpose I thought. Dr. Ward is wonderful when I can see him and his nurse tamika is what keeps me going back. Front desk, MA, providers; they are all rude, unorganized and unprofessional. Do not waste your time. Transferred from out of state, not a good experience from day 1. The MA who drew my blood took needle out while vacutainer was still in, needless to say I bled everywhere. I am in medical field as well, trust me, they are NOT the ONLY providers in town. Dirty and smelly.
Stay away.. very rude. Terrible at prescription refills. No concern when out of prescription and physician is off to send over request on a Friday. Want to treat you like a abuser or druggy even when prescription is being used as prescribed and for time frame allowed. Terrible place.. go elsewhere.. Instead of fixing issue Alicia Fridgen sends letter to patient removing them from the practice and refuses to fill prescriptions that were prescribed. No concern for your health or disruption in prescription provided.
Customer Service and realistic medical advice. After spending 2 hours waiting in their parking lot after arriving there and being told the wait was 1 hour, the receptionist (when she finally answered the phone) told me it would be another 30 minutes. Throughout it all it was like they never wrote anything down and did not have a clue what was going on.
While the primary care I’ve been going to for 23 years continues to temporarily not practice I decided to test the waters here, especially since my 6 month old needed his shots. I called in early July where I set up an appointment for both of us, stressing his need for vaccines and my need for bloodwork & provided his Medicaid info & my Medicare. Beware of their billing. They submitted something incorrectly to our insurance. One person said they would fix it while another sent it to collections. I had to pay more just to resolve it and get it over with. Not even a lot of money. Just a time waster and lost confidence in the practice. Sent from my iPhone
