Beautiful Community Happy resident, location is out of this world convenient, views from my apartment are impeccable, neighbors are a blast. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Verified Renter We love it at Pier 33 but the door to the parking garage has been broken for over 5 weeks. Very inconvenient. The garage gate has been broken for weeks. The pool had over 100 people on July 4 and Labor Day with no chairs for residents. we have plans to be here for quite a while while.

Nice location but poorly managed Great for access to downtown. Amenities are nice but always broken or dirty. Trash chute is like infested with flies that get into the rest of the building. Community guidelines are not really regulated so it can be hard to enjoy living here at times.
