Went to Pine Bluff for second opinion on our dog Gunner and so glad we did. Instead of jumping to surgery like the other place we got less invasive options that are working wonderfully. Great vets and friendly staff.

Business response:

Hello April W, Thank you for the wonderful review and for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Our priority is customer service and unparalleled patient care, and we are ecstatic that we met that mark! We are always here for you when you need us.

I have so many positive things to share, I don't even know where to begin. My best cat friend of 10 years, Lennon, began exhibiting symptoms of an illness just before Halloween. As the days went on he became more and more sick. His belly became enlarged, he was barely able to walk and it was obvious our time together was coming to an end. On Thanksgiving night, around midnight, I came home to find Lennon in very, very bad shape. He was clearly near death and needed immediate care. Lennon was never a patient of Pine Bluff... read more

This past Saturday, our senior dog, Watson needed emergency care, our Vets office was closed. We called Skinner Animal clinic, that was nearing their closing time and yet they waited for us to bring him in.When we arrived, we were greeted with help to carry him in and kindness.Watson got up ,walked, went outside to pee, I took this as a good sign and brought him home.Unfortunatly, as the day and night passed, he worse. So I look for 24 hr.service and called Pine Bluff. The Dr.met us at midnight and we put Watson down. What amazed... read more

My lab loves going here. He has had a chronic ear infection for weeks now. Dr Coder and her techs took the time to actually look at samples of his ear wax under the microscope to ID what was causing the infection. Now, three days later he is cleared up. Other vets will just pick a med and then see if that works and make you come back in after a week or two and then re-diagnose. Only knit pick is that you can't get an appointment day of, many times appointments are set days away, or a week in our case. That's fine and dandy... read more

What an incredible experience we had at Pine Bluff. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog who gave us quite a scare when he was young by getting into his food unattended and causing himself a nasty case of food bloat. Thank goodness the stomach didn't twist and he was OK, but during the process we learned about gastropexy which is a procedure where the stomach is tacked to the abdominal wall. It won't prevent bloat but it will prevent the twisting of the stomach which requires emergency surgery and is often fatal. Just the thou... read more

The whole team is great here! Always make my animals (and me) feel comfortable. I've moved half an hour north but would rather drive a little further for the excellent experience.

I recently took my dog to Pine bluff after some failed attempts at other places. My dear Stella received the best care possible. I was very pleased at how friendly and informative the staff was. She was seen and I had an answer in about 2 hours. In my opinion this place is top notch. I wouldn't reccomend taking your pets anywhere else.

Dr Schmidt performed TPLO surgery on my dog, Zoe's left knee last fall and again on her right knee this week. He is the best surgeon for this complicated procedure. He explained everything involved & listened to my concerns. Zoe's left knee is back at 100% & she's recovering now with her right one. I would recommend Dr Schmidt & Pine Bluff Animal Hospital.
