Dr. Murdoch was comforting and gentle with Levi. He went home feeling much better after a small but very urgent procedure. He is all better now and we will definitely see her again.

I took my cat Mickey in with had a badly broken leg which could not be saved. Dr. Schmidt operated and saved Mickey. The care and treatment given to him was phenomenal and Mickey's recovery is going very well. It was the first time I went to Pine Bluff Animal Hospital but it will now be the only place I go.

I have been bringing my dogs here for almost 5 yrs now, the staff has always been wonderful and just had an experience that convinced me that my vet here is far superior to any of the vets in the city of Chicago. I had brought my dog into an emergency center in Chicago, because I returned from a business trip and his eyes were all red and he was having trouble opening them. I have been a client at Pine Bluff for decades and have recommended them to many new dog owners. I worry that the practice is changing with an influx of new personnel and policies. I was charged for a physical on my dog when he was in for just a distemper vaccine. They did check his temperature and his ears. Neither the tech nor the doctor ever used the stethoscope on my pet nor had his legs, paws, lungs, abdominal area or throat ever been examined yet the paper that I took home said that his heart, lungs, throat, legs and ... read more

Very disappointed with the service! Usually very good! Boarded my dog for four days! They did not bathe him, trim nails or do anal glands as I requested. Nothing worse than coming home from vacation and getting a stinky dog from your vet! The vet tech told me my dog was too aggressive to trim his nails! What a joke! My dog is four and never had any problems with aggression. After all, aren't they equipped to hand pets! I am looking for a new boarding place!

Having been a customer for several years, we have usually had pleasant experiences here. However, the last few visits we were always told no to appointment times that fit around our work schedules, they are always trying to up sell products/services, and show little compassion. This is not the same Pine Bluff it was years ago.
