How about returning a person's phone call, or even just answering the phone when they TRY to inquire if there are any vacancies and what the rent is. This is not a good sign of well managed park.
This place is a joke.I been calling for the past two days and still haven’t got an answer. We still have no gas and it’s been a year now without gas. Every time I call I get the same response that they have to call the contractor to see when they will be out here to fill the gas tanks. I been waiting for over 4 weeks for them to come and supposedly fill the gas tanks. Let me also remind y’all next week is going to be really cold and we have no heat ! This is ridiculous!
As a family man being turned down numerous times to get house for rent bc of certain situations is not good but by the Grace of God our times have changed whenever I got recommended by a friend to Pine Meadows in Jacksonville, Arkansas.. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, I just love how fast they are at filing fines agains tenants and charging lates fees or fees for everything but when something needs to be fix they love ignoring everyone also no gas for months and still charging ? Woow love it🩷
