Only given a one star cause that's what they make you do to really this is the worst place I've ever lived. Crack heads and hoes working the streets in the park. They have closed the laundry room and turned off the power due to the crack heads. So for the ones that pay their rent and aren't on drugs now can't wash here. This place is nasty the manager NINA is so evil she is nasty to all the tenants and to her employees I feel bad they have to work with her always yelling at them she is a bad drug addict her and her felon husband I like how everyone else who has a felony can’t live here but her husband is a felon and he can live there and work on the property while drinking on the job and smoking weed and doing other drugs and she is right there with him sad
