Marcie does an amazing job making sure maintenance is taken care of, and she is genuine.
overpriced dump and never make any repairs. They are not afraid to raise the lot rent though. One day the park will be full of trailers, and the trailers will be EMPTY. AGAIN, WHAT A DUMP!!!
Stay far away! This place is drug infested with more criminals than you can imagine! My daughter went two summers without A/C and had to pay outrageous rent and utilities. This company could have cared less about the A/C. The company claims to do credit and background checks, but the front office told me they don't as they want to get the rentals filled. DO NOT RENT!
