Very good service and install by this company and all of their employees.
1. OCTAVIA ( RECEPTIONINST ON PHONE) WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. 2. THE MEN ( TECHNICIANS) THAT FIXED OUR PROBLEM WERE EXCELLENT! VERY THOROUGH, NEAT AND KIND. THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. WHEN THEY HAD TO BE IN THE HOUSE, THEY VERY CLEAN. THEY WORE MASKS IN THE HOUSE. THEY COMPLETED THEIR JOB AS QUICKLY AS THEY COULD, THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESS THEY MAY HAVE MADE. 3. had my system installed last week, its been a little over 3 weeks from start to finish. The whole process has been excellent and informative. from the initial sale to the final system check all professional and top notch service.
Austin and customer service was great! Austin had the solar panel working in no time at all, and the customer service was great as well. Thank you.
They did a nice job of in stalling it was nice and clean but they didnÂ’t do the best job of cleaning up and the insulation in the attic wasnÂ’t done the best
The crew was very attentive to doing everything correctly, especially to the backup circuits we desired. The installation process went very smoothly. There are some areas that seem to be grey in the financing area, however. I was told they are going to take care of the first 12 months of payments, but I got a statement the other day saying payments were going to start in 2 months. It may be a simple misunderstanding on my part, or they may be taking care of the first twelve of those payments, and the email did not state so. ... read more
We couldn't be more pleased with PowerHome solar. We had our solar energy system installed in the midst of a snow storm and extremely cold temperatures. The entire crew worked so hard and did such a great job despite the conditions to install our system. They were professional, polite and very efficient in their work.
