Very informative, polite and knowledgeable, everyone I dealt with was able to answer all of my questions. Install team made sure I knew how to view and operate the system after installation, would highly recommend!
The crew was great and they did an excellent job. The salesperson did to. I havenÂ’t gotten to use the panels just yet. I will giveback feedback at a later time when everything is all working together. Because they just installed them yesterday.
From start to end I had an amazing experience with Power Home. Fred was my solar consultant. He was very professional and patient with me as I had a bunch of questions on how solar would work for me and the process. He put together a great plan and was very honest in what I should expect. I ended up getting 16 panels with the Generac battery. The installation crew and support staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation looks great, and they did an amazing job making all the wiring look flush on the roof.
They were very efficient and professional.
They have a great product and mostly professional staff . I had a great time with the sales agent she was wonderful and the installers were good. But they didn't correctly install my protected load for my deep freezer in my garage. It has been almost 2 months since and I still have an extension cord ran to my freezer. If it wasn't for this they would get a 5 all day. Make sure they install correctly before they leave and you will love the product.
So far so good! Installation crews worked very hard, were courteous, and all done in one day. Next step, inspection and power meter to be replaced.
