So far so good. They were very knowledgable and very helpful. They were clean, friendly and efficient. Before I could get everything going I needed a new fuse box which they are updating for me. They installed on a Friday, now I'm just waiting to hear from them when they will be able to replace the box. It's only Monday.

The installer's were great and the system works fantastic. The reason for not give a 5 stars was for the sales representative giving a few misleading pieces of information. Kind of like closing the barn door after the house has gone out already!

Things went a little slow at first but that was the fault of my electric provider. The install was quick after getting it scheduled and took place on 2 different days. The guys went straight to work and were here at least 8 hours both days nonstop getting things done. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them

All the crew members were great and cleaned up and did their jobs well. The problem I have had is getting communication from the project manager for my project. Does not return emails as he should. One other problem was we got the roof redone through POWERHOME and was told one thing and cannot get something fixed that should be their responsibility because we paid to have the roof done through them.
