Installation crew showed up and was very courteous. The crew lead explained what they were going to do, where they needed to go/get. They were very quick and efficient at their work. The lead explained the next steps after they completed their installation. We need to wait for inspection the do their process, then wait for Duke Energy to install their two-way meter. Then I can turn on the disconnect, and start saving power.

We had our system installed today. The workers were all great. Kept us informed of what they were doing. Answered questions. Cleaned up. PowerHome Solar has been great from the sales associate that came initially to regular email updates and/or calls to let us know where they were with obtaining permits, etc. Our electric coop had good things to say about PowerHome Solar also. My installation experience with Powerhome Solar was great! The technicians explained the process and answered all questions. The technicians were overseen by a master electrician and on-site project manager. All were courteous, professional, and skilled craftsmen. When the job was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up and removed all refuse. The project manager thoroughly explained next steps to my satisfaction before leaving. IÂ’m looking forward to flipping the switch to my new solar power world, conservation and savings.

From start to finish this major decision was the best company to work with! The company representative came to evaluate my home was fantastic. Answered every question I had. The financing department thoroughly explained my loan process. The engineering department sent clearly laid out and easy to read schematics for approval.
