Excellent customer service with clear detailed explanation, rationale and execution. Called at 7 am for emergency roof leak repair. Customer service was prompt, polite and very helpful.

I was very surprised to get service within 30 minutes of my call. Tim had finished his job for the day and happened to be in the area so he added my call to his day. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose my clogged drain issue promptly (and taught me how to do it myself in the future) and then tackled my mysterious ceiling leak.
