We have had three projects done by Pink Rose over the past few years (a family room addition, new deck, and kitchen remodel), and we've been satisfied with all of them. Pink Rose crafts people are always polite and timely, and they've always been accommodating to our family's needs. We're happy to know that Pink Rose is there if we ever need help again.
We had some small jobs to complete at our home. A call to Pink Rose Home Service responded and gave an estimate to complete the work. The estimate was below what other contractors had quoted and were subsequently awarded the work to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of work was excellent. The representative from Pink Rose was professional and demonstrated the skill level to complete the work with quality results. I would call them again with no reservation.
I had a very positive experience with Pink Rose Home Service, the tech was very knowledgeable about the repairs I needed. He was very professional in his communication and did a great job installing my new gutters. I will recommend this business to my family and friends.
I wish the initials of your rating service were AAA rather than BBB because triple A is how I would rate the fellows from Pink Rose Home Service that installed a tile floor in my kitchen. Not only were they very personable to deal with, but the job they did was absolutely a quality job. The Pink Rose handyman arrived on time, introduced himself , quickly diagnosed the problem to be repaired. He explained the cost options and then got the necessary items. Our problem was fixed within an hour. A very polite and efficient repair. 5 Star

First time using your service the was great never tried to force a decision after we said ok he went about his work after he installed motion detector lights said he’d come back the next day to see how they performed he did earlier than promised to readjust light tj was our tech very good

So, estimate went fine, then everyone I knew said the price was high... I gave a $1100 deposit for a job scheduled out 3 and half months May 9th was estimate, job was 8/28/23. The quote was for $3068.00. Just for my sanity I got an estimate which remeasured the job 10 square feet smaller and their price was 1350.00 cheaper. Have in mind I already had the product at hand. We’re sorry to hear that you did not like our price until after the contract was signed, and not until 3 months later in August, only 2 weeks before the work was scheduled to start. Had we known in May that you were going to try to find another company to do the job for less we would not have had you sign a contract. It is also a surprise to find out that you consider a penalty on the return of a down payment to be thievery.
